Terms of Service

These terms are a starting template. Have them reviewed by a lawyer before relying on them.

Who can use Playbookmakers Coach accounts are for adults. Player accounts are for athletes 13 and older, invited by their coach. You're responsible for what you post and for keeping your password private.

Buying and selling Coaches set their own prices for plays, playbooks, consults and clinics. Playbookmakers keeps a platform fee from each sale and passes card processing through. Buyers get the license shown at checkout (personal or staff). Refunds follow the policy shown on each purchase.

Your content You keep ownership of the film, plays and posts you upload. You give Playbookmakers permission to store and show them so the service works. Only upload film you have the right to use.

Fair play No scouting film you don't have permission to use, no sharing purchased playbooks outside your license, and no harassment, spam or impersonation. We can remove content and suspend accounts that break these rules.

Changes We may update these terms. If the changes are significant we'll let you know in the app.
