Privacy Policy

This policy is a starting template. Have it reviewed by a lawyer before relying on it.

What we collect Your name, email and password (stored hashed), the coaching details you add to your profile, the film, plays and posts you upload, and records of what you buy and sell. Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see your full card number.

How we use it To run the service: show your playbooks to your team, process orders and payouts, send the notifications and emails you've chosen, and keep the community safe.

Who sees it Your team sees what you share with it. Buyers and sellers see each other's name for an order. We share data with the providers that run the service (hosting, database, payments, email) and with authorities only when the law requires it. We don't sell your data.

Your choices You can turn email and push notifications off, and you can delete your account from Account settings. Deleting removes your personal details; records of purchases and payouts are kept as tax and dispute rules require.
